What do you need me to send you in order to see if I qualify for a modification?

What types of modifications are you providing now?

Do you expect to be providing any other types of modifications soon/are there any programs pending?

Are there any bailout programs that you are offerring or expect to offer soon?

What is the most common modification other borrowers are asking for or is there another type of assistance other borrowers are commonly asking for?

Can you please send me a detailed breakdown of all money you believe is past due from me and all advances made for me by the lender?

Does FNMA or Freddie Mac own or insure my loan? If not, who does?

Are there any restrictions imposed on the type of modifications I can get on my loan by the lona investor or servicing agreement?

If I am not able to pay my mortgage, please explain how the default and foreclosure process will work, how much time each step takes and what I can expect to get in the mail or to happen.
